About The Position

Honeywell Aerospace's Future HR Leaders program enables participants to grow their careers in HR through a variety of focused rotational and learning experiences and global exposure. You will leverage your HR expertise to drive key human resources objectives and gain hands-on experience solving real business challenges. During our summer internship you will guide impactful initiatives designed around our HR priorities, own defined projects end-to-end, make significant contributions, and be afforded the opportunity to present results to HR leadership. This position is available in multiple locations across the United States. The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree at an accredited college or university in Human Resources or Labor & Employee Relations degree.
  • Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028 and ready to start full-time work between January 2028 and June 2028.
  • Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher).
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization) due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations.
  • Authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
