About The Position

The Furniture Assistant supports assigned store departments by processing donated merchandise and maintaining sales-floor and production areas. The role reports to the assistant store manager or immediate supervisor. It is based at the Uintah location in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is listed as full-time/part-time, with hourly pay of $15.25–$16.00 and any shift.

Responsibilities

• Sort, package, and occasionally price donations for assigned departments.
• Display merchandise in designated sales-floor areas.
• Perform duties for various departments when a pricer is absent.
• Keep the production department clean and its materials stocked.
• Clean the personal work area daily, removing dust and damaged goods.
• Keep the sales floor shoppable by ragging, balancing, and rotating seasonal merchandise.
• Perform other duties and special assignments as directed, including work outside the primary area of employment.
