About The Position

The Furnace Operator is responsible for furnace checks, gas checks, and recording required logs. The role includes loading and unloading furnaces according to recipes and alarms, and providing additional support with part setting as needed. The position works a 12-hour shift from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m., with rotating weekends.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds intermittently.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Respect for and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Stable work history.
• Completion of a comprehensive background check, including a criminal background check, and a 9-panel drug test.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a production environment; candidates with this experience may receive higher starting pay.
