Requirements
- Valid state Funeral Director/Embalmer license (or in the process of licensure)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and respectful under emotional circumstances
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct funeral and memorial services with compassion and professionalism
- Meet with families to plan and arrange services in accordance with their wishes and traditions
- Prepare legal documents and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Coordinate logistics including transport, embalming, viewings, and ceremonies
- Support grieving families with empathy and discretion throughout the process
