As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of fund clients and will work as part of a team to achieve and meet their needs. This role involves the day-to-day administration for a portfolio of funds, likely to include private equity and debt investment strategies. You will drive the successful delivery of core operational processes including draw downs, distributions, investment transactions, investor reporting, financing arrangements and facilities, investor queries and other administration activity. The role also includes undertaking new business activity such as client acceptance, entity establishment, and the setup of client-specific operational processes and records. You will interact with clients, board members, and third-party intermediaries like banks, lawyers, and accountants, both in person and via written or telephone communication. Working within a small team, you will provide support and training to more junior members. Key tasks include processing/reviewing client payments on various bank platforms, contributing to timely and accurate book-keeping and reporting for fund entities, supporting the audit process, ensuring effective cash management of client entities, working with the company secretarial team for governance responsibilities, dealing with client transactions, assisting with KYC and Client Due Diligence files, and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
