The Arrowstreet Co-op Program provides an exciting opportunity to learn about the institutional asset management industry and Arrowstreet as a company while gaining deep experience within a specific function. The co-ops are highly valued members of the team and participate in team meetings, perform business-critical work and receive real-time, balanced feedback. They enjoy all the perks of being an employee at Arrowstreet, including a warm and friendly work environment and a relaxed, business-casual dress code. The co-ops across the organization come together on a regular basis to meet members of the firm’s leadership and to learn about all aspects of the investment management process. The Fund Operations group is responsible for the functions that support the operations of our firm’s sponsored fund products, including, client and investor reporting (semi-monthly and daily), audit cycles, fund related tax work, board reporting support, oversight responsibility of the Arrowstreet Sponsored Funds (the Funds), and management of the fund’s service provider relationships. The co-op role provides the opportunity to learn about the institutional asset management industry through exposure to the wide range of operations and respective functions that support both the investment as well as client side of our business. This role will also contribute to both ongoing processes as well as future strategic initiatives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to understand the inner workings of an investment manager and provides insight into many different facets of the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, analytical, display an ability to take initiative, and work well in a team environment.
