As a Junior Funds Paralegal, you'll work to prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents (transfer agreements, consents, subscription agreements), liaise with transfer parties on process and timings, and assist with execution workflows. You will work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals, contributing to high-quality client delivery across fast-moving, high-volume matters. You will build commercial and legal expertise over time, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts and progress towards qualification as a practicing legal professional.

Nice To Haves

• An undergraduate Law degree or equivalent is preferred; a GDL is welcome.
• Prior exposure to LP Transfer processes is a plus but not required.
