About The Position

Men are dying too young - and it doesn’t have to be that way. Around the world, men are facing a health crisis: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and suicide. At Movember we’re on a mission to change the face of men’s health by making it easier for men to talk, act and live longer healthier lives. Every project, every campaign, every idea adds up to real change. You’ll be part of a mustache-powered crew who believe making an impact and having fun should go hand in hand. Your mission is calling. DO GOOD. Work for Movember. You'll be the beating heart of the Movember campaign in Canada, and the reason our community feels genuinely looked after when it matters most. As part of the Oppies crew, a vibrant, high-energy team that powers the campaign from September through to December, you'll be the first voice people hear when they reach out: across phone, email, SMS and live chat. You'll process donations, support gift matching, manage our social media inboxes and fundraising pages, and keep a sharp eye out for anything on the website that needs escalating. Beyond the inbox, you'll get stuck into research, outreach and data management, assist with post-campaign thanking, and show up at local events to give our fundraisers the kind of experience that keeps them coming back year after year. This role reports into the Senior Manager, Stewardship and Operations, and sits right at the coal face of the campaign. This is a fixed-term, full-time role available in Toronto or Montreal. It's fast-paced, people-first, and genuinely at the centre of one of the world's most recognisable men's health movements. If you thrive in a busy environment, love connecting with people, and want your work to actually mean something, this one's for you.
