Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events from concept to completion
Coordinate event logistics, including materials, vendors, and on-site setup
Support the development and distribution of promotional and marketing materials
Engage with donors, sponsors, and attendees to ensure successful events
Conduct market research to identify fundraising and sponsorship opportunities
Provide administrative support, including record-keeping and communications
Track and report on event performance and fundraising outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging
Develop and manage event timelines and schedules
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet event needs
Assist the fundraising team in achieving donation and participation goals
Manage event registrations and attendee communications
Support outreach through social media, email campaigns, and marketing channels
Assist with donor follow-ups, thank-you communications, and relationship building
