About The Position

Heartview Foundation is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care for individuals seeking substance use disorder treatment. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Fundraising and Donor Engagement Manager! In this role, you will be the face of the organization, representing Heartview Foundation with professionalism at meetings and community events to build and maintain strong relationships with our donors.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field; or the equivalent years of experience within a fundraising career is required.
• At least two years of experience within the fundraising field minimum is required.
• An active and in good standing driver’s license.
• Great organization, ability to pay attention to fine details, takes initiative, and has great communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and comply with our drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Researching and cultivating relationships with potential funders, ranging from individual community donors to business donors and Heartview Alumni.
• Building and maintaining profitable, long-term fundraising relationships with current and potential donors.
• Developing an annual fundraising plan and budget.
• Creating and maintaining detailed revenue and expense reports for all fundraising events, contributing to the financial transparency of our initiatives.
• Planning and executing fundraising events for the organization.
• Actively participating in organizational and community meetings, as well as other designated gatherings.
