About The Position

MoveDocs is a personal injury solutions platform that integrates and streamlines medical, financial, and professional services for personal injury cases. Probate Advance is the leading inheritance funding provider, helping heirs access their inheritance immediately. Libra Solutions is seeking a talented and ambitious person to work as a Funding Processor to support its dynamic legal funding sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payments for approved plaintiffs applying for legal funding.

Requirements

High School degree required
1 year of work within an office environment required
Excellent Attention to detail and follow-up
Solid work ethic
Must be able to adhere to processes and procedures
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent PC skills

Nice To Haves

some college preferred
Financial knowledge preferred
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

Reviews cases prior to funding
Ensures all funding procedures are followed for each case
Reviews contracts
Sends cases back for rework when needed
Run identity checks, bankruptcy checks and MLA (Military Lending Act) reports
Schedules payments to go out via Western Union, ACH, check, wire or through our 3rd party vendor Kyck Global
