Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum two (2) years of banking experience
Previous experience with loan documentation and loan structuring
Pay close attention to details and have a high degree of accuracy.
Can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loan requests simultaneously.
Self-motivated, organized, and have excellent decision-making skills.
Care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with real estate loan packages

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive reviews of executed loan packages, including real estate loans, for accuracy and completion.
Distribute loan proceeds timely and in accordance with loan documentation.
Deliver electronic drafts; route online loan applications to appropriate region.
Document any technical exceptions evident in the loan documents or supporting documentation.
