The Global Pricing and Valuation Services team, within Global Fund Administration and Oversight at Franklin Templeton Services, ensures accurate fund valuation and regulatory‑compliant financial reporting. The group partners with third‑party administrators, auditors, internal teams, and fund boards to oversee pricing, valuation governance, and audit readiness. Team members collaborate across regions, support fund launches, and contribute to process improvements and digital transformation, gaining deep exposure to global fund operations and risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience; asset management experience preferred.
  • Experience improving processes and working with digital tools.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑changing, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work a late shift.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate new securities in pricing systems.
  • Investigate pricing exceptions and document root causes.
  • Coordinate valuation issues with corporate actions partners.
  • Investigate daily pricing exceptions, and address valuation impacts and escalate issues.
  • Prepare pricing data for audits and oversight reviews.
  • Analyze unchanged and illiquid securities.
  • Resolve pricing challenges raised by internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor pricing sources and obtain secondary prices when possible.
  • Ensure valuations reflect market conditions.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen oversight controls.
  • Support digital initiatives that reduce risk and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to automation, regulatory, and product‑launch projects.
  • Reduce risk and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support departmental projects led by senior team members.
  • Participate in cross‑training to build team capability.
  • Respond to routine client and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Prepare data for due diligence requests.
  • Support ad hoc assignments with senior analysts.
