Investigate, analyze and resolve Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application issues with moderate direction from senior staff. Participate and perform investigations of application issues and interface with users and management. Participate in application training and in the development of training materials. Perform data analysis and develop reports. Perform application administrative functions. Assist support staff in investigating root cause, resolving application issues and engaging IT as necessary. Participate in efforts with business unit employees to define and build business processes and the functional requirements for associated applications. Provide assistance and guidance to employees across the corporation in the proper use of applications. Participate in the development of application testing and user training plans and materials.
