About The Position
This role supports the client team by managing operational, financial, and planning activities. The focus is on maintaining accurate project timelines, tracking financial data, and coordinating requests across stakeholders using internal client systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (2 to 5 years’ experience preferred)
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience with financial systems and data entry (required)
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical processes and planning tools like Planisware(E7) and SAP (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Handle and prioritize incoming requests via a shared mailbox; coordinate across planning, operations, and finance.
- Monitor and track requests, ensure completion, escalate issues, and update stakeholders.
- Learn additional workflows as needed.
- Maintain financial structures, budgets, and cost milestones.
- Support forecasting, budget tracking, and invoice processing.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of study-related financial data.
- Use internal tools to document planning activities and maintain accurate project records.
- Collaborate with teams to improve planning workflows and increase efficiency.
- Work with project leads, operations, procurement, and business teams to support study execution.
