About The Position

Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery (CAPS), a leading physician-led aesthetic and plastic surgery practice in Central Ohio, is seeking an experienced Functional & Longevity Medicine Nurse Practitioner. This role involves leading and expanding an established Functional & Longevity Medicine program within a premier integrated aesthetic organization. The position offers an opportunity to grow a practice focused on longevity, hormone optimization, and personalized medicine, making a significant impact on patient health and well-being. CAPS, founded in 1997, has multiple locations across Central Ohio and offers a comprehensive continuum of care by integrating plastic surgery, dermatology, medical aesthetics, and wellness. The practice is committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and personalized patient care, with a strong investment in the growth of its Functional & Longevity Medicine program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for functional medicine, longevity, and preventive healthcare, developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based functional and integrative medicine approaches. Services may include hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapies, nutritional support, metabolic health assessments, lifestyle interventions, hair restoration, and other wellness treatments. The role requires clinical excellence, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to collaborate across multiple specialties.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner licensure in the State of Ohio.
  • National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Knowledge of medical weight management therapies, including GLP-1 medications.
  • Strong clinical assessment, patient education, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to personalized, patient-centered care.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing wellness services.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary, physician-led environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advancements in functional, integrative, and longevity medicine.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification or advanced training in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, or a related specialty.
  • Experience with hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies, or wellness medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Help lead and expand an established Functional & Longevity Medicine program.

  • Collaborate across multiple specialties to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
