About The Position

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to work on implementation and solution evolution projects, supporting clients in the digital transformation of Human Resources processes. The professional will be responsible for conducting the functional activities of the EC module, from requirements gathering to support for testing phases, training, and go-live.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC);
  • Proven experience in end-to-end implementation projects;
  • Solid knowledge of EC configurations, including organizational structures, business rules, Workflows, and personnel administration processes;
  • Experience in conducting workshops and interacting with clients;
  • Knowledge of HR processes related to employee management;
  • Intermediate or advanced English for project work and documentation;
  • Availability for work in São Paulo/SP;
  • Availability for immediate start.

Responsibilities

  • Act in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC);
  • Conduct requirements gathering and validation workshops with business areas;
  • Perform solution configurations according to client needs;
  • Develop functional documents, specifications, and support materials;
  • Support the definition of HR processes aligned with SuccessFactors best practices;
  • Execute and support unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing (UAT);
  • Identify and propose solutions for business gaps;
  • Act in conjunction with technical teams, integration teams, and other project areas;
  • Support data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
