About The Position

The Functional Analyst will be responsible for researching and improving operations by examining and researching systems problems. This role involves obtaining facts, analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and recommending and facilitating resolution. The analyst will also support operations systems by providing operating information to customers, answering questions, and providing training. Additionally, the role contributes to operations analysis and organizational success by welcoming new requests, assisting colleagues, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other essential documentation. The analyst will verify operations systems by developing and conducting tests and documenting results. Continuous improvement is expected through attending training sessions and reading technical publications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
• 2+ years experience in an operational role.
• Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and similar applications.
• Organized and detail-oriented while meeting strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently.
