Requirements
- IE knowledge (SNAP, TANF, Medicaid)
- SQL
- Create functional design documents
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Identify solutions for business challenges
- Work hands-on to come up with system enhancements
- Work closely with dev & test teams to deliver solution
- Help/monitor/guide junior team members
- Present solutions to the client
