About The Position

You will be joining a massive, enterprise-level digital transformation for a global industrial leader. Our Greenfield Program aims to migrate over 400 websites and 50 Terabytes of content to a modern, decoupled architecture using Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital foundation of a company operating in 180 countries, moving from legacy systems to a highly efficient, industrialized cloud-native model. The Role We are looking for a Functional Analyst / Coordinator to act as the strategic bridge between local business units and our central Web Platform Team. You will ensure that business-specific needs are not just understood, but effectively prepared, migrated, and validated, all while safeguarding the strict platform standards required for a migration of this scale.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of digital content, authoring workflows, and enterprise CMS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring.
  • Exceptional analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills to navigate a decentralized, global corporate structure.
  • Experienced in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
  • Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) is essential for cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business-area specific analyses for migrations and oversee the complex rationalization and cleanup of large-scale content.
  • Convert local business requirements into clear, actionable functional inputs for the technical platform team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, coordinating rigorous content testing and validation.
  • Facilitate user adoption and change management by providing direct training and support for business content authors moving to the new AEM model.
  • Detect content issues early and secure business UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sign-off during pilot and industrialized migration phases.
