About The Position

Equip is a virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program. The Licensed Therapist works closely with a multidisciplinary care team—including nutrition, medical, psychiatry, and mentorship providers—to deliver evidence-based treatment such as family-based treatment (FBT) and enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E). The role includes providing treatment, maintaining quality documentation, and continually assessing the needs of patients and families. Care is delivered virtually to patients across the lifespan with eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses. The position supports a caseload of 30–40 patients. Therapists are expected to provide 20–26 hours of direct care, with remaining work time dedicated to administrative tasks. The role requires 30 hours per week of availability for direct patient care, including at least 16 hours after 2 p.m. in the therapist’s patient care time zone, and availability until 8 p.m. on two evenings per week. Working hours are Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the therapist’s respective patient care time zone. Therapists must attend required meetings, supervision, and trainings. This is a fully remote position performed from home with no travel requirement. Equip provides Flex PTO, company holidays, and a range of health, professional development, licensing, and work-from-home benefits.
