About The Position

We are building something that doesn't exist yet: a platform where AI agents autonomously handle operational work, connected to every internal and external tool, trained by operators themselves, and running safely at scale. This Ops AI Platform will allow our Ops team to create, evolve, and monitor their own AI agents to automate thousands of tedious tasks, aiming to solve problems at an unprecedented scale. The project has just launched, and you would join at ground zero, shaping the architecture, product, and entire foundation. Our mission is to create a platform that enables building accurate and reliable AI agents, delivering an outstanding experience to our internal Ops team for the creation, iteration, and monitoring of their agents, without requiring hard technical skills. We are working on integrating agents into internal tools with context-aware chat modals, empowering non-technical users to become autonomous in agent creation and maintenance, building a comprehensive set of tools for AI agents, and ensuring safety and accuracy at the core through robust testing and human-in-the-loop validation. In 6 to 12 months, we plan to expand our scope to power all agentic use cases at Alan, creating economies of scale through common infrastructure and tooling.
