About The Position
Mindsmith is an authoring platform that turns internal docs into interactive e‑learning. Teams guide the system through each step of course creation, and customers report 12–20× faster production. Custom generation is step one—we’re building the infrastructure for e‑learning. We're always looking for great engineering talent to join Mindsmith, right now we're focused more on mid to senior level engineers but if you're interested in working at Mindsmith apply! Requirements
- Frontend: Next.js/React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Radix/shadcn/ui, Zustand, React Query
- Backend: Node.js, WebSockets, MySQL/Prisma, GCP/Cloud Run
- Python for document processing.
Nice To Haves
- People who have built design tools.
- Real‑time collab (CRDT/OT) and presence systems.
- Expertise in creating Integrations from scratch
- AI Agents Engineering.
