Full Time Nanny
About The Position
We are seeking engaging, communicative, and friendly individuals to join our babysitter team. You will provide care for children toddler – elementary school age while their parents work. Most assignments are Monday – Friday during traditional working hours. Several positions are now available in Fall City, ranging from 20 – 40+ hours per week. You will care for children in their homes. Your only household duties will be common sense clean-up of your activities and meals with the child, no other household duties. Your care will be for children of the ages for which you have previous experience. We serve infants, toddlers, preschoolers and early elementary ages. Highest demand for care for children under the age of 2! You will engage children by providing safety and leading hands-on activities based on your observations of the children’s age-appropriate development.
Requirements
- Genuinely enjoy children and be an engaging, creative, child-focused individual willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts, and similar activities in families' homes
- Value communication with parents and coworkers
- Available at least two days per week to work 6 - 9 hour shifts between 7am - 7pm
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to commute to assignments
- At least 1 year of day-to-day childcare experience
- Can provide 3 references, 2 related to working with children, paid or unpaid, as well as 1 character reference
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Reliability is important

- Retired teacher or teaching professional seeking a small environment rather than a classroom
