About The Position

The Full-stack Software Developer independently delivers functionality across the full application stack, including frontend interfaces, backend services, and supporting cloud infrastructure. The role applies strong knowledge of modern UI frameworks, API design, authentication flows, and containerized or cloud-native hosting environments such as Microsoft Azure. Advanced developers design and implement complex features, refactor legacy components, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot distributed systems. They serve as technical leads for complex applications, drive solution design, ensure software development best practices, and coordinate contributions from other developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in cloud computing.
• At least 3 years of experience in web front-end development.
• At least 3 years of experience in backend development.
• At least 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in software security.
• At least 3 years of experience in requirement-gathering leadership.
• At least 3 years of experience in specialized risk exposure.
• At least 3 years of experience in technology deployment and integration.
• Functional proficiency across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functionality across frontend, backend, and infrastructure domains.
• Create responsive frontend web pages that scale across device sizes and browsers.
• Evaluate SQL, NoSQL, and other data-storage approaches and select appropriate options for application use cases.
• Create and support CI/CD pipelines for solutions.
• Deploy simple software architectures, such as N-tier architectures, to the cloud using Platform-as-a-Service computing.
• Conduct application threat modeling to identify and close security gaps.
• Guide and consult on strategy while addressing business logic and user experience.
• Mentor junior associates and connect them with developer communities.
• Design and implement complex features, refactor legacy components, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot distributed systems.
• Lead technical solution design for complex applications, ensure development best practices, and coordinate other developers' contributions.
