Requirements

  • Bachelors + 12 years of related experience, or Masters + 8 years of related experience, or PhD + 5 years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
  • Experienced developing production-grade front-end applications utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
  • Experienced deploying software solutions onto public cloud platforms, utilizing both direct implementations and cloud marketplaces.
  • Experience in networking, network security, and cloud engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring full-stack developers.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and grow software engineers and technical leaders to foster a high-performance culture and ensure long-term professional development.
  • Deliver continuous performance feedback and conduct rigorous reviews to ensure individual contributions align with our global technical strategy and quality standards.
  • Structure and track complex engineering projects to ensure team accountability and timely delivery of integrated platform solutions.
  • Preserve and promote a healthy, high-scaling engineering culture by modeling Cisco’s core values in every interaction.
  • Manage and coordinate US-based team members while collaborating closely with global management to ensure seamless integration across all development lifecycles.
