Full-Stack Marketing Manager

AlivoSouth Portland, ME

About The Position

Alivo builds AI voice agents and an operations platform for roofing and home-services contractors. Our agents answer calls, qualify leads, and book appointments around the clock, and our platform brings together VoIP, pipelines, automations, scheduling, and CRM integrations in one place. We work with contractors doing $5M to $50M in revenue, and we're growing fast. This is our first dedicated marketing hire, and you'll own the function end to end. You will build the campaigns, design the creative, run the ads, and track every conversion in HubSpot yourself. There is no agency or team to hand work off to. You'll partner closely with sales to turn marketing into pipeline and revenue. You'll do well here if you like shipping more than planning, you're comfortable switching between a Meta ad set and a podcast outline in the same afternoon, and you want real ownership at an early-stage company.

  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns yourself, including building, launching, and optimizing them.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM, including workflows, forms, lifecycle stages, and conversion tracking.

  • Experience working closely with a sales team and being measured on pipeline.
  • Video editing skills.
