About The Position

Accenture Flex is hiring a Full Stack Java Developer for fixed-duration, project-based work. The role develops custom software solutions, designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems and applications. It uses modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs. The position applies deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust software components, collaborates with cross-functional teams for integration and delivery, and supports team members through knowledge sharing and collaboration. The role is hybrid, with three days per week onsite in Pennington, New Jersey, and requires contractor time away (CTA) for five days per quarter as mandated by the client.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience with Java full-stack development.
At least 3 years of experience with AWS.
Associate's degree.
