About The Position
Accenture Flex is offering a local, fixed-duration, project-based role supporting Accenture clients. The Full Stack Java Developer will develop custom software solutions, designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems and applications. The role uses modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs. The position is hybrid, with three days per week onsite in Pennington, New Jersey, and requires contractor time away (CTA) for five days per quarter as mandated by the client. The developer will apply deep technical knowledge to implement robust software components, collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams, contribute to team decisions, and help solve problems across the immediate team and broader groups. The role also includes guiding colleagues, analyzing complex issues, improving system performance and reliability, and contributing to development-process and quality improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full stack development.
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS.
- Associate's degree.
