About The Position

The Full Stack Engineer builds, deploys, and operates cloud-based applications and delivers robust front-end experiences and user-centered products, services, and platforms at scale. The role requires expertise across the full UI development process, including planning, analysis, design, coding, user testing, debugging, and problem resolution. The engineer takes ownership of technology strategy and helps guide decisions about end-user experience while delivering resilient, high-quality software at a rapid pace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related major and 6+ years of full-stack development experience, or a master’s degree in computer science or a related major and 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Experience and expertise in at least one modern UI framework, such as Angular.
• Proficiency with Angular 18+, TypeScript, core JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience consuming and designing RESTful APIs, with good knowledge of API design methodologies.
• Experience using Node.js and a good understanding of npm packages.
• Experience building, deploying, and running applications in the cloud, including AWS services and technologies such as Serverless, EKS, KMS, Step Functions, Lambda, S3, and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of automation, including testing and continuous integration/deployment.
• Track record of delivering high-quality user interfaces to production.
• Specialist understanding and experience with the full UI development process, including planning, analysis, design, coding, user testing, debugging, and resolution.
• Ability to take ownership of technology strategy and guide end-user experience decisions.
• Experience delivering resilient, high-quality software systems.
• Personal accountability for delivering strong results.
• Excellent facilitation, influencing, negotiation, written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills.

• Investment or financial services experience.
• Exposure to multiple frameworks.
• AWS or Azure certifications.
• Experience with GraphQL and NestJS.
• Experience with monorepos or micro frontends using NX.
• Experience with DevOps CI/CD practices, TDD, and modern testing frameworks.
• Experience or certification in cloud-based architectures such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and run applications in the cloud.
• Deliver technology changes to end users on a regular cadence, from every two weeks to as frequently as daily.
• Develop and deliver high-quality user interfaces and user-centered products, services, and platforms at scale.
• Contribute across the UI development lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, coding, user testing, debugging, and problem resolution.
• Take ownership of technology strategy and guide decisions about the end-user experience.
• Deliver resilient, high-quality software systems.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across geographic locations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
