About The Position

The Full Stack Engineer builds and delivers high-quality, resilient software systems and polished user interfaces. The role covers the full UI development process, including planning, analysis, design, coding, user testing, debugging, and problem resolution. The engineer helps shape technology strategy and end-user experience, and is accountable for delivering strong results at a rapid pace, with technology changes reaching users every two weeks or as frequently as daily. The position involves collaboration with multiple teams distributed across geographic locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related major and 6+ years of full-stack development experience, or a Master’s degree in computer science or a related major and 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Expertise in at least one modern UI framework, such as Angular.
• Proficiency with Angular 18+, TypeScript, core JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, with good knowledge of standard API design methodologies.
• Experience using Node.js and a good understanding of npm packages.
• Experience building, deploying, and running applications in the cloud.
• Good understanding of automation, including testing and continuous integration/deployment.
• A track record of delivering high-quality user interfaces to production.
• Experience building robust front-end experiences and user-centered products, services, and platforms at scale.
• Specialist understanding and experience of the full UI development process, including planning, analysis, design, coding, user testing, debugging, and problem resolution.
• Ability to take ownership of technology strategy and guide end-user experience decisions.
• Experience delivering resilient, high-quality software systems.
• Excellent facilitation, influencing, negotiation, written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Investment or financial services experience.
• Exposure to multiple modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with GraphQL and NestJS.
• Experience with Monorepo or micro frontend development using NX.
• Experience with DevOps CI/CD practices, TDD, and modern testing frameworks.
• Cloud architecture experience or certification, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• AWS or Azure certifications.
