About The Position

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work on an enterprise AI SaaS product and own meaningful parts of the product end-to-end. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, building user-facing features from idea to production and collaborating with engineering, product, and design to plan, architect, and ship them. You will design, build, and implement AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web UIs. You will also partner with functional leaders across the organization, including GTM, finance, and customer support, to create internal tools that streamline operations and eliminate manual workflows. The role involves working in a fast-moving, experimental environment where priorities can shift and problems may be ambiguous. Engineers are expected to take initiative, work independently without step-by-step management, and iterate and ship quickly. The company expects more than a 9-to-5 commitment at its current stage, while allowing team members to create flexible schedules and encouraging time off to recharge.

Requirements

Likely 2–4 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
Heavy user of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
Stays up to date with AI developments, including new LLMs, agent frameworks, and tooling.
Strong product and design taste and a clear sense of what good looks like.
Takes ownership and is comfortable driving an entire part of a product.
Manages time and priorities well.
Willing to work across frontend and backend as needed.
Communicates clearly and works well with others, especially in ambiguous situations.
Has built and maintained production systems used by real users.
Comfortable learning new tools and building things from scratch.
Able to work in a fast-moving environment, run with work independently, and accommodate a commitment beyond a 9-to-5 schedule.

Nice To Haves

Experience at early-stage startups or building personal products.
Familiarity with Animations.Dev, Devouring Details, or InterfaceCraft.
