About The Position

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work on an enterprise AI SaaS product and own meaningful parts of the product end-to-end. This hands-on role involves building user-facing features from idea to production, collaborating with engineering, product, and design to plan and ship features, and designing and implementing AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web UIs. You will also partner with functional leaders, including GTM, finance, and customer support, to build internal tools that streamline operations and eliminate manual workflows. The team works in a fast-moving, experimental environment with frequently shifting priorities and ambiguous problems. Engineers are expected to take ownership, run with work without step-by-step direction, and iterate and ship quickly. The role may require more than standard 9-to-5 hours, while allowing team members to create flexible schedules and encouraging time off to recharge.

Requirements

Likely 2–4 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
Heavy user of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
Stays current with AI developments, including new LLMs, agent frameworks, and tooling.
Strong product and design taste and a clear sense of what good looks like.
Takes ownership and is comfortable driving an entire part of a product.
Manages time and priorities well.
Comfortable working across frontend and backend as needed.
Communicates clearly and works well with others, especially when problems are ambiguous.
Has built and maintained production systems used by real users.
Comfortable learning new tools and building things from scratch.

Nice To Haves

Experience at early-stage startups or building personal products.
Has heard of Animations.Dev, Devouring Details, or InterfaceCraft.
