About The Position

GDIT is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support a customer in Fairfax, Virginia. The position requires an active Secret clearance and eligibility to obtain a Top Secret clearance and agency-specific suitability. The developer will build and maintain cloud-native applications and services, support cloud-native data and integration patterns, help take greenfield services through initial authorization to operate (ATO) in FedRAMP/FISMA-aligned environments, and maintain application security through continuous monitoring practices.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of related experience.
• Active Secret clearance and eligibility to obtain Top Secret clearance and agency-specific suitability.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Demonstrated experience building cloud-native applications on modern platforms, such as .NET 8+ on Linux or Java Spring Boot, deployed to a Linux container platform.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud-native data and integration patterns, including managed database services and message-driven/event pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience participating in taking a greenfield service through initial ATO in a FedRAMP/FISMA-aligned environment.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining application security and cybersecurity hygiene using continuous monitoring practices referenced in NIST SP 800-137.

Responsibilities
