About The Position

The Full Stack Developer develops, implements, and maintains support applications and integrations that meet evolving business needs. The role follows established software development standards and best practices to produce high-quality, reliable, and maintainable solutions, and contributes to quality assurance through code reviews, software testing, and peer evaluations. The developer works with stakeholders, the Manager of Software Development, and the Vice President of IT to analyze requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities also include providing technical support to Tier 1 support personnel and end users; designing and maintaining data structures, databases, and storage solutions; assisting with server administration; documenting technical work and tracking project progress; and sharing technical knowledge with internal personnel. In-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of the position.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least three years of professional software development experience.
At least three years of professional SQL experience, including SQL development and database experience.
At least three years of JavaScript development experience.
Ability and willingness to learn new programming languages, tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with data integration, data transformation, and system interoperability.
Experience with Node.js, React.js, and related JavaScript technologies.
Familiarity with web services and APIs, including REST and SOAP.
Experience using Git or other version control systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work professionally and collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new technologies to support evolving business needs.
Three to five years of experience with Node.js, React.js, Redux, or other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
Experience developing or supporting mobile applications.
Experience with additional programming languages and technologies, such as Python, R, or C#.
Experience integrating applications, databases, and external systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders and the Manager of Software Development to analyze requirements, identify solutions, and support business objectives.
Provide technical support to Tier 1 support personnel and end users as needed.
Design, develop, and maintain data structures, databases, and storage solutions supporting application functionality and business requirements.
Assist with server administration and maintenance to support system stability, reliability, and availability.
Maintain technical documentation and track project activities, progress, and deliverables.
Share technical knowledge, skills, and best practices with internal personnel as directed.
Collaborate with the Manager of Software Development and Vice President of IT to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals and business requirements.
Perform other related duties and assignments as needed.
