•$97,000 - $159,500•Onsite

About The Position

The Full Stack Developer applies AI-assisted development practices throughout the software development lifecycle and designs and develops agentic AI solutions that can plan tasks, use approved tools and data, execute multi-step workflows, and adapt to changing conditions. The role collaborates with internal teams and stakeholders to implement solutions that meet requirements, enterprise standards, responsible AI guidelines, and data-protection requirements. The developer writes and tests React and C# .NET code, evaluates AI-generated outputs, and builds oversight, monitoring, auditability, error handling, and fallback mechanisms into AI-driven solutions. The position also develops proof-of-concept applications, automates manual processes, coaches developers and vendor partners, documents and measures solution quality and value, troubleshoots concurrent issues, and supports continuous improvement. This is an exempt position that may require working more than the standard 40-hour work week. Occasional local and national travel within the U.S. may be required. Plante Moran uses a “Workplace for Your Day” model: it maintains a principally in-person approach while encouraging staff to work with their supervisor and team to determine their optimal work environment each day.
