About The Position

As a Full stack Developer, you will participate in implementing full lifecycle solutions for modern application and system platforms, from requirements analysis, platform selection, technical architecture design, application design and development through testing and deployment. This is a long-term W2 contract role based onsite in Columbus, Ohio, five days per week. The posting requests 8+ years of experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Technical Science, or a similar field.
• Experience in software development projects, including front-end and back-end development.
• Experience with unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Strong hands-on coding experience in Java and other languages such as JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
• Flink experience.
• Experience with frameworks such as React, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Angular (latest version), AngularJS, and Java Spring.
• Experience with software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, SVN, and Jenkins.
• Experience and interest in designing and building solutions using cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Strong interest in growing technical skills.
• Ability to be an innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem solver.
• Good written and spoken English presentation and communication skills.
• 8+ years of experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience and/or interest in container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of UNIX or Linux environments.
• Experience with J2EE, RESTful web services, or Node.js.
• Advanced proficiency in Build Management, Configuration & Release Management, or Design & Build Enablement.
