You must be adept at leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Amazon Q Developer) to accelerate delivery, while applying strict human oversight to validate, secure, and maintain complex enterprise code. Requirements

Undergraduate or Master's degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in Java/Springboot, Angular(version 17 or higher), PostgreSQL, and AWS environments.
4+ Years Experience In JAVA/Springboot.
4+ Years Experience in Angular.
3+ Years Experience in PostgresQL.
Demonstrated experience working in AI-assisted development workflows.
Excellent debugging and architectural design skills to steer AI agents effectively.
Active Top Secret Clearance.
Willing to be 100% onsite in Washington, DC.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Write, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular 21 front-end code.
Use AI tools to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and perform application modernization tasks.
Ensure AI-generated outputs strictly adhere to security, AWS cloud architecture, and PostgreSQL database standards.
Manually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues and low-quality abstractions.
