Full Stack Developer - Media & Streaming Platforms
About The Position
CTG is seeking to fill a Full Stack Developer - Media & Streaming Platforms position for our client. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting next-generation digital platforms, content delivery applications, streaming solutions, and customer-facing experiences. The developer will build scalable front-end and back-end applications across the full technology stack, integrating solutions for media content management, video delivery, subscriber platforms, advertising technology, and digital user experiences. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, debugging, resolving software defects and performance issues, implementing security, scalability, reliability, and performance best practices, and developing/executing testing strategies. The role also requires participation in code reviews, optimizing applications for speed and user experience, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and staying current with emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full stack development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Media, Entertainment, Broadcasting, Streaming, Telecommunications, or Digital Content industries.
- Experience developing digital platforms, streaming solutions, content delivery applications, or customer-facing applications.
- Experience with application integration, testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong understanding of scalable, secure, and reliable application development.
- Front-End: React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind
- Back-End: Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core, Python, Express.js
- Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- DevOps & Cloud: Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, cloud-based application development
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
Responsibilities
