About The Position

As a full stack developer, you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. We’re looking for a developer like you with the skills needed to develop software and systems from vision to production ready. We are seeking a full stack developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain secure, scalable, and user-focused web applications. This role combines front-end and back-end development responsibilities and requires the ability to build complete, end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, testers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You’ll analyze business and technical requirements, design application components, develop intuitive user interfaces, integrate services and databases, troubleshoot issues, and support software releases and ongoing operations and maintenance. You will also contribute to system improvements, code reviews, unit testing, and other requirements such as accessibility, security, mobile device compatibility, cross-browser compatibility, and continuous integration and delivery. You’ll be expected to learn new tools and techniques, support a positive team environment, and help mentor teammates when appropriate.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience developing front-end and backend applications using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular, React, Javascript, or Node.js
  • Experience working with Oracle or Postgres databases
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD technologies
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI/ML and RAG application development
  • Experience with Agile SDLC methodologies
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), cloud hosting environments, or cloud architecture
  • Ability to support accessibility, usability, and security requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full stack web applications using technologies such as Angular,React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or Node.js.
  • Design and implement responsive, accessible, and user-centered front-end interfaces that function across browsers, platforms, and devices.
  • Build and maintain back-end services, APIs, and application components.
  • Integrate applications with relational databases and other enterprise systems.
  • Analyze requirements and the existing technical environment to support current functionality, future enhancements, and system scalability.
  • Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, and user experience teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Write, execute, and maintain unit and integration tests using appropriate frameworks and tools.
  • Participate in code reviews, peer reviews, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Use Git and CI/CD technologies to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Apply accessibility and security requirements throughout the development process.
  • Document technical designs, development activities, unit testing results, and release-related work products.
