About The Position

The Full Stack Developer will excel in driving rapidly in an AI-assisted environment. This role will utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Amazon Q Developer) to enhance productivity and accelerate delivery timelines while ensuring strict human oversight to validate, secure, and maintain complex enterprise-level codebases. Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
8+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with enterprise-grade application development using the mentioned technology stack.
At least 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Java/Spring Boot: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
Angular (Version 17 or higher): Minimum 5 years of proven experience.
PostgreSQL database systems: Minimum 5 years of practical experience.
AWS cloud environments and related architecture.
AI Development: Demonstrated 2+ years of experience working in AI-assisted workflows and using related tools or systems.
Experience in designing and writing AI models with robust debugging and architectural skills to optimize AI contributions.
Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with diverse technical teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic project environments.
Ability to interpret technical requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate with specialized teams to resolve them.
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies for application portability.
Practical experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes to enable automated testing and deployment.
Expertise in supporting Agile development environments (e.g., Scrum frameworks).
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and provide innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Write, review, refactor, and optimize Java (Spring Boot) back-end code and Angular 21 front-end code.
Use AI development tools to generate boilerplate code, write unit tests, and execute application modernization tasks.
Ensure AI-generated code aligns with security standards, AWS cloud architecture, and PostgreSQL database protocols.
Manually debug, review, and refine AI-generated outputs to prevent integration issues and ensure high-quality abstractions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-grade solutions adhering to rigid quality standards.
Participate in designing, developing, and testing AI systems that support innovative development workflows.
