About The Position

The Full Service Server provides outstanding customer service in Nordstrom’s Marketplace Café. The server is expected to be self-motivated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant’s menu and products, and to suggest additional items when appropriate. The role also supports other restaurant areas as requested, including answering telephones and completing financial transactions.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of food service or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to restaurant customers.
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant’s menu and products while serving customers.
