About The Position

The Restaurant Server serves customers at the Marketplace Café, sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about the menu and products while delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, suggesting additional items when appropriate, and supporting other restaurant areas as requested, including answering telephones and completing financial transactions. The position requires clear, professional communication, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and schedule flexibility. A food handler’s card is required where local and state regulations require one. One or more years of food service or hospitality experience is preferred.
