About The Position
The Restaurant Server serves customers at the Marketplace Café by sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant’s menu and products, understanding customer needs, and suggesting additional items as appropriate. The role also supports other restaurant areas as requested, including answering telephones and completing financial transactions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and committed to outstanding customer service every day.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience in food service or hospitality (preferred).
