About The Position
Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a driven and energetic Full-Cycle Recruiter to join their team. This role supports a family of businesses that rely on clinicians for patient care services. The recruiter will be responsible for finding candidates for roles such as Caregivers, Nurses, Therapists, and other office staff. The company has over 30 years of experience as a locally-owned, Medicare-certified home health agency and has grown into a family of services. On Time Talent Solutions, part of the family, focuses on supporting the demand for healthcare professionals in the Twin Cities and nationally, offering direct hire and temporary placement services.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize your work week
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve hiring metrics and project goals
- A degree in Communications, Psychology, or related field is required
- Experience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition environment is preferred

Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for home care caregivers and select additional roles
- Responsible for role-related advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offering
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, processes, and fine-tune hiring efforts
- Make recommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each brand
- Contribute ideas towards multiple companies and departments to improve processes
