About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support our full-cycle accounting operations, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and administrative processes. This role will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial activity.

Requirements

five years of full-cycle accounting experience, including payroll, general ledger, and year-end entries.
Proficiency in data entry, reporting, and administrative writing.
Attention to detail and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong teamwork and deadline management skills.
Strong understanding of general ledger, reconciliation, and month-end processes.
Ability to perform full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Experience in journal entry and month-end processes.
Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform full-cycle accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end/year-end close.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing.
Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash activity.
Process payroll entries and support related reporting.
Prepare and file state sales tax reports and payments.
Maintain accurate job costing data and review project-level financials.
Prepare sales reports and commission statements; reconcile commission data.
Reconcile ACH transactions with customer payments and internal records.
Process orders related to equipment, services, and parts.
Verify and maintain insurance documentation.
Support administrative tasks related to financial operations and reporting.
