Full Charge Bookkeeper
About The Position
Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a fast-growing cannabis hardware company located in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help this fast-growing cannabis hardware company perform monthly and annual closing activities. You should have at least 1+ years of experience managing all aspects of accounting. You have experience preparing financial statements and presenting these to management, performing bookkeeping activities, assisting with preparation of forecasting & budgeting, enforcing proper accounting methods, and helping to complete periodic audits, among other duties. Your exceptional attention to detail allows you to perform account reconciliations ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Requirements
- At least 1+ years of experience managing all aspects of accounting.
- Experience preparing financial statements and presenting these to management.
- Experience performing bookkeeping activities.
- Experience assisting with preparation of forecasting & budgeting.
- Experience enforcing proper accounting methods.
- Experience helping to complete periodic audits.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to perform account reconciliations ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar degree.
- At least 2+ years of experience as a bookkeeper.
- Previous experience with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a wholesale environment working with international transactions.
- Ability to speak conversational Mandarin.
