About The Position

Capital Professionals is assisting a Dallas, Texas-based 3PL freight brokerage firm in seeking a skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper. The role is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s financial records and transactions and requires strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of accounting principles. The position includes performing reconciliations and account analysis, managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring GAAP compliance, and working with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies or issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Skills in account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account analysis.
• Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
