About The Position
We are seeking a Fulfillment Training Coordinator for our night shift operations. This role is responsible for managing and assigning daily order fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments. The coordinator will communicate with the internal team regarding order status and delays, and coordinate with trainers on daily training needs. A key part of this role is monitoring the team's work to ensure all quality standards are met before shipment. This is a full-time, permanent position eligible for benefits.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
- Understanding of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory management
- Proven problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
Nice To Haves
- Previous forklift experience - preferred
