About The Position

The Night Fulfillment Clerk is responsible for finishing warehouse production and supply functions, as well as preparing the warehouse for next-day operations. Capitol Distributing is the largest convenience wholesale distributor in Idaho. Founded in 1983, Capitol delivers to retailers across the Western United States from its 300,000 square foot distribution center in Caldwell, Idaho.

Requirements

Warehouse/manufacturing experience.
Ability to lift and move products of various weights.
Ability to use an electronic scanner and technology.
Must be able to comprehend policies and procedures.
It is required for all our employees to be able to understand safety policy and procedures.

Nice To Haves

Experience of working in a distribution warehouse a plus.
Experience with basic technology a plus.

Responsibilities

Pick various stock to fill customer orders.
Load product and produce into outbound trucks.
Unload product and produce from inbound truck.
Perform safe, accurate, and efficient replenishment of product in the warehouse.
Count products to ensure items are accurately stored and stocked.
Use scanning devices and technology to ensure the proper tracking of product.
Must be able to pass qualifications to operate company equipment in the warehouse (forklift, bailer, cutters, etc.)
Follow safety policy and procedure across the warehouse.
Regularly communicate with Leads, Supervisors, & Managers.
Perform other duties and work in other areas as assigned.
